DOT/USCIS Medical Exams


Dr. Lee is Board Certified by the International Society of Travel Medicine.  He has available all travel vaccines including Yellow Fever (with International Travel Certificate), Hepatitis A, Typhoid, Injected Polio, Hepatitis B, Tetanus-Diptheria, Adacell, Meningitis, PPD, Malaria Rx, etc.  Rabies and JEE (Japanese Encephalitis) are special ordered and have to be pre-paid.

We highly recommend that you check out CDC.com.  The Center for Disease Control will give you the latest advisories and also a list of required and recommended shots.  Then come in at any time during our regular office hours.  You never need an appointment to be seen for your consultation and shots.  During your visit, we will give you prescriptions for malaria prevention, traveler's diarrhea, altitude sickness, and also advice to stay healthy and have a safe trip. 

Dr. Lee is the only Board Certified Travel Medicine Specialist on the entire Cape.

Flu / Pneumonia Vaccines  These vaccines are available on a daily and seasonal basis at Dr. Lee's office.  We give the annual flu shots from late August through April.
We give pnueumonia shots, including the Prevenar-13, all year round.  You can come to the office any time during our regular office hours without appointment to get these vaccines.

Suboxone Center

Dr. Lee is a Board Certified Addiction Medicine Specialist.  He is also a licensed Suboxone prescriber.  Dr. Lee offers comprehensive, outpatient Rx for opiate and drug addiction.  Our program is streamlined towards individual needs, with heavy emphases on exercise and counseling.  No appointment is needed for the initial visit. We may or may not have a waiting list before we can begin your evaluation and treatment.  Once you are accepted for treatment, you will be seen on a frequent basis for follow-up visits.   To check on your compliance with the program, we will check the Massachusetts Prescription Monitoring Program for your narcotics drug list.  We will also do random drug testing.

Successful treatment of drug addiction requires the recognition that addiction is a chronic medical brain disease.  Long term sobriety is maintained by living a healthy lifestyle.  For some patient, relapses can only be prevented by changes in one's lifestyle and long term use of medications.
